Our sliced Dorset gammon ham is a traditional mild wiltshire cooked produce. With the centuries old ‘Wiltshire’ method a richness and depth of flavour is achieved.

We offer freshly cut 500g packs with approximately 10 ample slices per pack. With all the preparation done, our beautiful ham is ready to put onto the plate or into a sandwich.
