• 1kg Farm assured Pork, Apple & Cranberry Sausage Meat
• 2kg Rolled farm-assured Pork Loin – skin on, scored, and hand-tied (ideal for crispy crackling)
• 1.5kg Rolled Sirloin of grass-fed Beef (Trimmed and Hand-Tied)
• 1 x Tray of Pigs in Blankets (6 in no. per tray. Farm Assured Sausages wrapped in bacon)
